Michael has professional experience across a broad range of industries, is the founder and chairman of the EG Property Group as well as currently a business consultant to Allens Arthur Robinson Lawyers. Michael's directorships include ING Real Estate, InTech, Stadium Australia Management Limited, ACT Electricity and Water (where he is deputy chairman). Michael is a former director of Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited, the managers of the Macquarie Infrastructure Group.

Sam is Managing Director of Salta Properties, one of Australia’s largest privately owned, multi disciplinary property companies involved in the development, construction and management of industrial, commercial, retail and residential properties across Australia. Sam is also a director of the foundation board of the St Vincent’s Institute.

Charles has over 40 years experience as a lawyer across a broad range of commercial activities. Charles has been a Director in the Salta Properties Group for over 20 years and is a partner in the Melbourne law firm Logie-Smith Lanyon. Charles has extensive experience in the preparation of land purchase, town planning and construction documentation in property, resource and infrastructure developments together with mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Rohan Kerr

Rohan has had 16 years experience in senior management roles with the last six being directly involved within the financial services industry. Rohan spent 3 years as a senior manager in one of the world's leading aircraft leasing businesses and a further 3 years as a State and General Manager for airports for one of Australia's leading airlines. He then spent 4 years operating his own financial planning business and 2 years as State Manager for Finium Financial Services Pty Limited in Queensland.
